About Karen Ferguson

   Karen Ferguson is a 1997 graduate of Tomball Highschool with a bachelors degree in art with an emphasis in education from the University of Houston. She has 6 years experience teaching art to intermediate students in Tomball ISD. She also illustrated the children's book " The Gift of Giving".

   Proceeds from this book are given to organizations that support the health, growth, education, and happiness of children.
 
  The Gift of Giving is a picture book that promotes the development of word recognition and language skills in children while reminding the reader of the importance of giving.
